- Gary Gensler is fired/steps down & is replaced by Hester Peirce
- The SEC withdraws their lawsuits against Coinbase, Binance & Kraken
- The SEC begins advocating to congress for sound & fair crypto guidance/regulation

This would be the best timeline.
