Dropping something a bit religious buh I'm unapologetically sorry to say it. Sometimes when God is tryna save our asses from a regrettable action, He 'designs' things to work aggressively in the opposite direction of our desires and ATM we are just pissed 😡 until His will prevails especially if you're aligned with Him.
