Meaning the yoink cooldown should go up over time, not down.

Dynamic: your yoink delay is proportional to your yoink count. Could be a step function to  make the numbers a bit more predictable. Maybe something like every 5 yoinks = +1 minute

Doesn't a longer delay make it easier to accumulate minutes?
