Notes: Sui & other large tippers funded @undercover (Degen Intelligence Agency) with tips, it was not farming but self-funding (fine in my opinion) of a public good for /degen - a DAO to investigate farming

important to point out that every tipping mechanic on the market is 100% centralized and has super delayed settlement

this is the only way to prevent cyclical farming

i've always assumed a decentalized tipping token would come along to challenge all the centralized ones that have popped up, but so far it hasn't happened
