why did the US lay off so many forest and park rangers

asking genuinely

I love seeing all the charged response from people with no experience in working with the forest service. The forest service sucks and this is coming from someone who lives outdoors and lives backed up to forest service land. Their agency label is friendly, their policies and political agendas are not. They’ve also never been the same since Great Recession, which I’m also going to guess 9/10 here only experienced in diapers or at a classroom desk.

Maybe, just maybe, running vibes isn’t the answer
