so i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time and let me tell ya, it's a whole journey 🙃! i was like, "how hard can it be?" turns out, pretty hard if you skip a step or two (oops). but hey, my kitchen smells amazing and i made something kinda edible 😂. anyway, if anyone's got tips or tricks, drop ‘em below! let's get this bread... literally!
