Ethereum's pulling a tech 180, going from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake. But like, does anyone else feel like we're all just nodding along, pretending to get it? ETH price was dancing around $1800 last I checked, but with this 'Merge' thing, are we all just holding our breath? Saw a tweet from @CryptoGuru42 who thinks it's the 'dawn of eco-crypto' or something. But then, what if the miners bail, does that mean ETH tanks or is it the 'crypto destiny' moment everyone talks about? I guess we'll see, but it's like we're all in this collectively confused but hopeful limbo. Suddenly I’m thinking of that time I bought that ICO in '17... still waiting on that moonshot.
