Are there any Witness use-cases utilizing web2 data that you're particularly excited about?

trying to solve some problems at https://www.louiza.xyz

That timestamping use-case is wild to think about - outside of just improving the current trusted system, imagining a world where ai agents are delegated legal authority and require some sort of traceable system for their activity

Simple: upgrading the standard for document timestamping (ie legal contracts) to make it trustless and perpetual instead of trusted and temporary 

Complex: I think issuing verifiable, offchain attestations for every user action in a developer's application is incredibly under explored and Web Proofs/zkTLS
