so how do we know how much we can tip? it keeps changing every time I check the frame & website.

The allowances refresh every day at midnight UTC based on the previous day's activity. The refresh takes about 90 min and during that time unreliable data may have been shown in past days but that should be resolved now 🙏

I've checked a few times a day without tipping and my allowance was different almost every time just fyi
