We are not counting staking, token swaps, or transfers between various Nouns contracts.  We are also not counting assets deployed to Forks or client incentives.

Streaming payments are considered spent the moment the proposal passes, even though technically the DAO is able to cancel the stream. We'll handle tracking streams as liabilities in the future. Some proposals returned funds (ie prop 107) and we are also not capturing that.

These numbers represent the combined value of assets that left the DAO through proposals. This calculation is automated, updating every 5 minutes.

The value of each transaction is calculated at proposal execution, converting all asset values to either ETH or USD using the exchange rates on the day of the transaction.
