In the meantime can you try switching network manually in rainbow.

I dont see an option to switch in my rainbow mobile app.  Is your screenshot of a desktop client or browser extension?  Top left corner in my app opens up camera to scan a QR code

Ahh.. My screenshot is from the rainbow desktop extension. 

Update on the bug - We have identified the issue and working on a fix. Hopefully live later today or tomorrow!

If you want to create in the meantime can you please try a wallet provider that allows manual network switching.

update on my end: I used coinbase wallet this morning and it worked
