I ask all of my friends who want to live to Dubai to name one product they use in their daily life that was invented in Dubai.

Recently, quality of builders has soared in Dubai, in part because a lot of Indian founders have moved there due to their corporate law and easy visa + banking sys. That's not nothing. Not praising Dubai as a startup hub yet, but I wouldn't knock it either.

Hang around those creative and innovative places first and then incorporate in Dubai once you have an idea. Win-Win
