imo the most harmful thing for ethereum recently has been the "make ethereum great again" messaging it implies and concedes that ethereum is inferior — it is purely free marketing for solana you do not need to make ethereum great "again" — it is already uniquely differentiated with its decentralization and security — not to mention the ETF and colossal market cap you need to show the market why it's different and why people should care — consistently and you need to do it with a super simple idea, because complex ideas don't spread you are not going to be a better solana than solana, but you can easily be a much better ethereum

The what now? Average gas fees on L1 is 1.6 Gwei over the last 24 hours And L2 fees are now ROM-competitive with even Solana after the introduction of blobs

This has nothing to do with Ethereum needing “a truly laughable amount of money to mint a fart token”. All it’s showing is that… you need ETH to pay for tx fees? (in the voice of Homer Simpson: d’oh!)
