Bei Nötigung muss das Verhalten rechtswidrig sein. Ein Ministerpräsident kann seine Minister ("Diener") jederzeit,auch grundlos, entlassen. Damit ist es rechtens. Außerdem waren die kommunalen Mandatsträger der FW anderer Meinung. Die Bürgermeister und Landräte brauchen das Geld.

Ich sehe da schon Nötigung, also nicht rein gewaltfrei. Wenn die Schmerzgriffe keine Folgen hatten, halte ich das noch für akzeptabel. Unter der Voraussetzung, dass es einfacher ist als Wegtragen.
