i tried logging into a second account on my phone via the recovery phrase flow. someone else is also logged in to this account, @skillissuexyz, which is intentional. can i press create account here safely without deleting/overwriting my existing account(s), so i can just log in to it?

You should be fine, can also do a recovery if you don't have you back up phrase
