50/50 on agreeing with this execution is really important, but from personal experience copying ideas happens all the time - hilariously enough an investor we pitched ghosted us and then left his fund to build a competitor very much a silicon valley the show moment

If you do end up doing 3/4 later Arweave could be a good choice with their pay-once/permanent-storage model
