Theopetra is an interesting project, but I'm not sure if their economics pencil. The investors dont share in the ownership/appreciation of the real estate and the rents are intended to be below market.

I suspect it'll be challenging to scale their real estate portfolio if investors dont get their nut 🥜

I'm convinced the entire financial system will move on-chain.. thus turning them into RWAs.. here is your blue ocean 🐋
