IMHO... we're doing regional crypto education all wrong. 

Most country/local educational communities claim to have hundreds, even thousands of devs. We keep throwing millions at dev training bootcamps, workshops, conferences, etc... Why don't these investments yield results when hacktahons/ buildathons come around? Where are the apps? Why aren't all these developers landing jobs? Why aren't local projects being launched to create local employment? Why don't educational communities convert to users and builders?

 L2s and apps are developing at impressive speeds. Last cycle, we had high fees and clunky apps. We have zero excuses now.

The talent pool is also growing at impressive speeds, potentially displacing cronyism and collusion currently stagnating growth. We need to stop platforming people with more experience talking than doing. 

Resource allocators need to move away from cronyism to create more fair and competitive impact markets that result in exponential growth. It's time to update the system.
