Scaling Gossip with Bundles Hubs are running into scaling issues with libp2p. We're proposing a change to "bundle" messages to fix some of these issues. Something else I just thought of could be something like read only mode. Probably a bunch of hubs are a glorified read replica - so for those hubs that are just reading, you can hyper optimize that
