Eine vollkommen täterzentrierte Justiz. Für Sex mit Minderjährigen muss man wohl das Prinzip des "nur Ja heisst Ja" einführen, d.h. die Beweislastumkehr der Zustimmung. Dieses Urteil bleibt unverständlich und unethisch.
