What do people here think about altheltic greens? I take no vitamins or supplements of any kind. Would it be a good one for me?

My cat broke in to my friend’s suitcase and tore open their packets of Athletic Greens. Never taken it myself, but Bouba seemed to enjoy it quite a bit.
