At the risk of stating the obvious: You can create a pool on a platform like Uniswap and add your own liquidity. Any investors you can get interested in your token can easily add liquidity, too.

If you're talking specifically about order book and/or off-chain exchanges, I can't help you.

I'm a software engineer in Northern California. My main strengths are C++ and Python.

More so thinking investors and outside money coming in to assist in market making.
