Question about Eigen DA. Will the data that will posted there be publicly available to everyone? I assume so otherwise you'd just use a private database right?

EigenDA employs erasure coding to store the data blob. As long as you can retrieve sufficient amount of codes chunks, you will be able to reconstruct the original data blob.
