Ok, not going to lie: NFT NYC was extremely underwhelming. I have no idea why a massive space such as the North Javits which is capable of housing thousands of people, was booked to host the event. π³ It felt completely empty.

Yes, I would have been upset if I would have paid anythingβ¦Feeling so bad for a friend who bought the ticket just to go there with me. It wasnβt nothing what it was hyped up to be.

OMG I would have been pissed too. The only good thing about it was seeing people I never met IRL. The fact I had to go up to a panel and punch my name in to see my work was disappointing. So anyone who wasnt there, I wonder if their work was cycled through at all and ever saw the light of day?

I think the screens were cycling through all screens. At least thatβs what I was toldπ€·ββοΈ. In order to see your piece while you were there they enabled you to load it onto one of the few dedicated screens available in portrait and landscape orientation.

πππ Same!! I had completely different expectations! Plus: Where are the people?!!! I expected an overall better set-up. Not just a line up of screensβ¦I expected a more immersive experience! A much darker space to make the art shineβ¦I donβt have enough space to share all my thoughts here lol
