there’s a very subtle but large difference between:

+ as fast as possible as best as possible 
+ as best as possible as fast as possible

it’s important to know which mode you are in or choosing.

I think there’s a case to be made that you could always be in the second style. 

But I’d say in the 0 to 1 stage it’s way more important to in the first style while you’re discovering and looking for traction.

Agreed, what about how to measure traction on a product built with that kind of scheduling, what do you propose?
