I like to steer clear of /politics online, but I 100% agree that US forests and parks are among the most special parts of the US and that it's incredibly sad to hear their personnel are being gutted.

I hope there's a damn good plan for what to do next, because this isn't the future I want.

How does this apply to National Parks? National Parks have protections against natural resource extraction.

The plan they'll implement? Fire Sale. The highest bidders will gain access to the land, and squeeze it for all its worth. Tar Sands, Water, Precious Metals, Oil, Geothermal.

Without personnel, chaos reigns. Chaos is what fuels this administration; the lifeblood if you will.
