I faced one of my biggest fears today.

The today was the first time presenting to a large crowd. There were approximately 160 attendees and me and my Team had the whole room clapping at the end.

Usually I’m a nervous wreck to the point I go frozen or shake from anxiety. But somehow I was able to speak confidently. 

Sometimes facing your fears head on is the best way to overcome them.
