So basically. FTX refunded will get 16B $ in stables . While MT Gox. refunders would get around 9B $ worth of BTC. German government has over 2.3B$ worth of BTC. Total sell pressure (if they all decide to sell) = 11.3B $ in BTC Total buy pressure ( if they all buy) = 16B$
