I’ve been working on figuring out babka for over 15 years … Back when I started, there was no babka recipe on the internet…shocking I know! I went to the library and found what ended up being a terrible recipe. I became obsessed with this bread. What a fun journey … still working on it. 😋

As thank you for your kind words! The bread is a moist-ish challah and the filling is like a really soft chocolate cinnamon fudge? Not sure if my description sounds appetizing! 😂
