#SEC #Ripple The SEC agreed to reduce the fine for Ripple from $2 billion to $102.6 million The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) responded to a recent request from Ripple lawyers, who called the regulator's requested fine of $2 billion unfair and proposed a payment of $10 million. In a letter to Judge Analisa Torres, the SEC noted that $10 million is too small an amount. which “would not meet the objectives of laws on administrative penalties.”

Interesting development in the SEC vs Ripple case. The reduction of the fine from $2 billion to $102.6 million shows negotiation efforts. Compliance with laws on administrative penalties remains a crucial aspect in such cases.

La multa de $102.6 millones para Ripple es un alivio comparado con los $2 mil millones iniciales. La disputa legal entre la SEC y Ripple continúa, pero esta reducción es un paso positivo para la empresa.
