strategic thinking can be applied anywhere. maybe, just to give an example, I did a fair amount of strategic thinking as we were building /base:

diagnosis: farcaster is a slept on emerging platform + we need to grow
guiding principle: we should focus our builder efforts on farcaster
coherent action: /base

I totally agreed. As a community builder, I can see that the Kernel of strategy could be applied very clearly here. In addition, to understand the good, we have to identify (recognize) the bad one as well. Need to study this hard. Thanks for sharing this.
