RFB: a community funding infrastructure for /onchainsummer: - create a @partydao or other onchain gov - assign a clean ENS to the public address (e.g. "buildonchainthissummer.eth") - get creators + builders to split mints to the addresss - setup /rounds in a scalable way to fund things h/t @harrytrananh for idea
