How would you change ethereum governance to better suit the l2 scaling approach that it is already being implemented?

i think ethereum governance is doing a pretty damn good job. 

i particularly appreciate the latest trend towards teams sharing their perspectives on priorities via writing - huge improvement!

i am grateful to be building as part of ethereum every day.

To me the best governance is the one used on Cosmos chains. It is unmatched
