if you're looking for things to build on @base, I'm creating this thread where I'll link every "request for builder" (RFB) that I share.

two things I'd love to see built:

1. based builder meet builder - easy place for base builders to share what they are working on and where they need help

2. BasedBEAT - a dash that shows how "based" projects are a la @l2beat w/ heuristics

both would be eligible for retro grants

one thing i'd really like to see built on @base is a fully onchain gas price futures market.

i'm not sure what exactly this looks like, but it feels like a key building block for a bunch of stuff we want to do.

I'd love to see someone build and scale onchain payments for cannabis businesses on @base. 

it's unbelievable that we've legalized across the country, but small businesses and consumers are treated horribly by the existing financial system. 

time to upgrade the system.

RFB: a community funding infrastructure for /onchainsummer:

- create a @partydao or other onchain gov
- assign a clean ENS to the public address (e.g. "buildonchainthissummer.eth")
- get creators + builders to split mints to the addresss
- setup /rounds in a scalable way to fund things

RFB: a flow that lets any meme community run a campaign across socials where new users:

1. see a funny piece of content and a prompt to tap to earn
2. go to a landing page and create a new smart wallet
3. verify their tiktok/instagram/twitter for sybil
4. receive the tokens

think this would be incredibly powerful.

RFB: a @base discovery page that: 

1. takes my twitter + farcaster feed and retweets
2. combines it with onchain data + AI descriptions
3. outputs a regularly updated feed / ranking / categorization of apps, tokens, NFTs I've curated

this would be an incredible "get started" on @base
