Hey Jesse, I was wondering what it would take to create a CLPC token on Base. CLP represents Chilean pesos, the currency of my country. Although Chile is a smaller market, I believe this could be a fantastic opportunity to explore and test new use cases outside of USDC and EURC. Could you provide some insights on how to get started?

building a stablecoin is hard - it requires holding the actual fiat, which requires banking relationships/licenses and often regulatory approval. i don't really know how to get started with that in Chile. BUT I absolutely want a CLPC token. if you know anyone doing it, we'd love to have it on @base!
