what do you think about minimum fees as a direction mentioned in the article given that a lot of recent discourse has been around the disconnect in l1 vs l2 rev now that blobspace is much cheaper?

we think a healthy market is important and are excited to see the dialogue about it. i'm not 100% convinced minimum fee increase is right vs. adjusting the 1559 mechanic to be better suited to blobs, but excited to explore and discuss more.

ye ideally i'd not like to artificially constrain DA throughout as the answer, but im sure you can imagine ethheads would like some more pricing power versus the status quo
