Quick question, how can I use my Coinbase wallet for this?
By default, it opens it with my smart wallet.

I don't want to sign out of my smart wallet though, is there a way to switch wallets in use?

you should be able to connect both wallets in the top right. team is rolling out a way to toggle / pick between smart wallet and extension for signing over the next week or so I think. cc @harry @jeffh

Yes you should be able to tap the right right wallet icon,  add wallet, and select your extension installed or mobile app if not.  Let me know any issues
