my thesis is that if we can build a self sustaining economy with the 10-20k "first builders" on /farcaster and /base, we can then scale that to the world. 

this means people building, earning, and creating enough real world value to sustain it all. 

we are the "1000 true fans" who will make it happen.

Feels good to be early, but I tried multiple times to convert my normies frens to Degen without succes.

Have you identified 5-20 local lighthouse use cases, projects, businesses that could be massive winners and enable others as well?

Imo this offers very high value vs onboarding masses.

I felt the builder energy here and stepped into the arena by launching a channel, token and ai agent. 

I'm not a developer and have coded nothing outside of tinkering with WordPress themes. But I've gained the confidence to try to build a frame next. 

More people should show how FC fits into their lives beyond making money through trading. Where would the average person find value on FC? For me, it's knowledge, entertainment, inspiration and creative license.
