two things I'd love to see built: 1. based builder meet builder - easy place for base builders to share what they are working on and where they need help 2. BasedBEAT - a dash that shows how "based" projects are a la @l2beat w/ heuristics both would be eligible for retro grants

on (2), this would look at things like: - do they have a farcaster account / channel? how many followers etc? - are contracts safe? - how many holders? how much activity? - are contracts base native? are they focused on base? I eval this a lot manually and would love a tool
