There comes a point in building when I realize I've screwed everything up. For me, it was not long ago. I was tempted to put it all to the side and hide, but I realized that wouldn't make anything better. Facing up to my embarrassing mistakes and owning up to them. Pinpointing the problem and structuring a plan to prevent it from happening again. Being transparent in communication to restore lost trust in the community. There's a lot of grinding behind what makes a good service. Today, I get up and build again

As a Product Owner, I could only step up on my career when I started being transparent about my own mistakes and how we all could do better as a team
