Curious your thoughts on "why L3"? Would you see this as similar to the DL3 (eg a gas token where the core incentives are to get ppl to build on the L3) or is there another unlock that an L3 can bring nouns?

Make something people want to be a part of

The best builders will build where the users / liquidity / infrastructure are. 

My biggest doubt about L3s are whether or not builders will actually want to build there beyond using it as part of an early go to market initiative.

I think Nouns L3 can subsidize all transactions and thus have a free and meaningful chain. I think that positions Nouns as the best way to onboard new people to crypto but it also positions Nouns as the place to create innovative dapps in a world without fees.
