Iโm with you on cigarettes. If I feel like eating 2 tablespoons of butter, croissants are a decent substitute. Been weaning off of coffee for a year or two - my dentist says as long the tea I drink is decaffeinated, sheโs along for the ride. We are really close here. Really close.
