Blackout curtains and block out 2-3 hours to get a nap in. White noise machine if itβs noisy where you live. I know itβs tough, but try to pull back the reins on the caffeine intake. It made a noticeable difference for me anyway and could help you get longer blocks of sleep. π 300 $DEGEN
