had the same thought lol would never eat that on top of meat haha...normally you eat raclette cheese on top of bread or potatoes...and many families eat those smaller slices of cheese by preparing them on such a table heating device shown below (we do that every christmas)...that big huge whole cheesewheel is more a thing restaurants do or people from switzerland saying that's the only real way to eat raclette lol! 😁
