I wouldn’t say it was mine, but the first one was Atari 2600 and then C-64. Programmed my first text game on the C-64 in BASIC.

Our c-64 came with a BASIC programming book. So I did all the exercises in the book. Did some basic sprites animations too and some sound generation. Quite amazing stuff at the time.

Sprites were advanced if I recall. They were the last exercises in the book…I saw dots on the screen and marveled at the “picture”. Then I saw CGA, EGA, VGA and thought we’d never get farther than that. How far we’ve come.

When I saw DOOM and QUAKE on 3dfx cards I knew the future will be digital. Was just born in the wrong country 😂🤣🙈
