If a spam notice is received and the user can identify which reply(ies) caused the notice, if the user deletes their own casted reply, is this considered?  If so, what’s the time frame that a reply can be deleted?

For me, this would be easier to determine because I’m a casual WC user.

A note on "permanent" spam labels 

If you ignore the warning and get the spam label, it won't be removed until you show a long period of good behavior. This maybe several weeks or months until we re-evalaute your account and you've posted enough so that we know you're not spammy. 

(we are still building this system so its effectively permanent for now)
