Bikes 🚲

I have one bike that has migrated to a trainer for Zwift and realized recently that I haven't changed anything even though it's more or less permanent. It still has a stock road saddle and everything.

What are the best upgrades you've made to your indoor setup, both bike and trainer accessories?

if you're not on a smart trainer already, that will significantly improve the indoor experience! else, these are the must haves for me:
- proper bike fit
- good strong fan aimed at your face
- desk for your items

oooo wheel-ons can be pretty good too! but the con is that they eat the tyres quickly 😓

I do have a smart trainer, but it's wheel on, I should upgrade.
