I think tiers from /warpcast rewards program need a restructuring!

300 USDC per week is an extremely high amount. It is more than what a person earns working 8 hours a day in many places in the world.

I propose a more equal distribution between tiers, where neither the top earn large amounts nor the lattest earn ridiculous amounts.

I actually agree with this. Maybe $100 for top 10 and 50 for next 20. That would save you $3000 from the budget which could be used to bump up lower tiers.

I don’t think $100 is an outrageous amount. Anything lower isn’t a particularly big amount to strive for top 10.
