I spent most of my time in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Both of which have poor air quality except for June to 1st February. 

Do you have some travel tips regarding the air quality for Koh Samui and Koh Tao?

I never experienced any issues with the air quality there. Probably because they are islands they are less congested, especially in the coastal areas.

It’s been around 8 years since I was there so I can’t comment too much. It was pretty cheap when I was there though. 

I spent most of my time diving or training.
