My inner voice talks a lot, repeating things I've heard and seen, and jumping to conclusions. Or being judgmental or fearful. Lately, I'm challenging negative thoughts and correcting my inner voice toward more positive and supportive thoughts. Maybe it sums up as - be a best friend/lover to yourself.
